In the attached article here you will find an article with a disturbing video of a 16 year old girl violently stuck from behind. The man was running up behind her but somehow his steps were not heard or noticed. I am working on a longer essay to address the subject, but this video is a sobering reminder to stay aware of your surroundings. No matter your physical prowess, if you are not aware of the attack until you are hit, you are taking damage, and in a case like the one here, you are unconscious and are at the mercy of the thug who just knocked you out with no provocation.
